Saturday, 6th October 2007, DUNWICH COMMON via Minsmere Nature Reserve, Start 10.30am, Distance 5miles
Meet and park 10.10am to pre-order food at "The Eel's Foot Inn", Eastbridge. This route passes through heathland and woodland near the bird reserve at Minsmere and along the coast close by the historic village of Dunwich. We shall pause part way at the coast guard cottages National Trust tea room for refreshments. Returning to the pub for lunch at approximately 1.15pm.

Meet and park 10.10am to pre-order food at "The Kings Head Inn", East Bergholt. This is probably one of "GO's" finest woodland walks featuring a number of undulating tracks through some ancient woodland. We shall stop part way round for drinks at "The Royal Oak", public house in East End before continuing our journey back to "The Kings Head" for lunch at approximately 1.30pm.

Meet and park 10.10 to pre-order food at "The Ship Inn", Blaxhall. This is a route "GO" has not featured since December 1999! A significant part of this walk routes through the peaceful and tranquil Tunstall Forest. returning to the pub for lunch at approximately 1pm.

Meet and park 10.10am to pre-order food at "The Cherry Tree", public house, Bromeswell. Some superb and unusual views of Woodbridge en route from across the River Deben at Ferry Cliff. Walk also passes the internationally famous burial site, managed now by The National Trust. Returning to the pub for lunch at approximately 12.45pm.
